Saveurs du Mont Blanc was created by Zoe Smalley in 2008 as a small private chef and catering business. After many years of private chef work and small catering jobs, it was time to expand and invest in a large professional kitchen to be able to offer a wider range of services and cater for larger events.
"I first arrived in Chamonix in 1998, and a passion for mountains, snowboarding, food and France meant that I never wanted to leave! I started cooking at the age of 18 and have since worked in many restaurants in France, England, and New Zealand. I began working as a private chef and various catering operations for SOS cuisine in 2003 before setting up Saveurs du Mont Blanc."
I have worked in many luxury chalets in Chamonix, catered for multiple ski and feature film productions, corporate events, worked with the Chamonix congress centre and have many private clients who return year after year.
