Our barbecue menus offer a good value solution for large groups of people, summer parties, relaxed lunches, or just as a great way to enjoy a wide selection of delicious food!

Prices include the barbecue and all ingredients, a chef, and a waiter / waitress for groups of 25 or more.

Entrecôte steak with garlic & herb butter
Free-range tandoori chicken fillets
Free-range chicken fillets with paprika, thyme, and lemon
Leg of lamb with rosemary, thyme and garlic marinade

Selection of sausages (merguez, chipolatas, toulouse sausages)
American style back ribs with homemade spicy BBQ sauce
Salmon fillets with a chilli, lime, and coriander marinade
Salmon fillets with a dill, mustard and lemon sauce
Fillet steak with a selection of sauces (€5 supplement per person) / Black Angus (Ireland) fillet steak €8 supplement
